Freaked out still thinking about the other day , got a symptom showing I'm getting worse, I heard a voice not in my head but with my ears , like it was right next to me , but wasn't . It's been 2 or more years since I got bad to seeing and hearing things that are not there ... Therapy tomorrow , psychiatrist on the 20th , hopefully can help adjust my meds.
