Hi. Has anyone done this?
I'm not usually into self help stuff but I need to do something and can't afford private counselling/not sure it's for me.
I've started working my way through the miracle morning 30 day life transformation challenge today. It's giving me a sense of control which I think I need.
Setting goals, creating habits etc. Being grateful for what I do have.
Would be interested if anyone is doing or has done this?
