Thank you I had a shower which (I know is gross) I haven't been able to do for 2 days so I am feeling a bit better

I hope that each day you will be able to feel a little better. I always feel better after I have had my bath , I'm too lazy to stand up. I like a bubble bath. Have you taken any medication yet ?

I have taken a couple of sedatives as I was starting to have bad thoughts again

And are the thoughts going away now ? It's probably better when you are asleep. Then your mind isn't constantly thinking things. But you have had a really tough time either one thing and another, so it's nit a surprise that you have gone downhill. But with the right care and treatment, you can recover and go on to have a happy life.

I'm feeling scared and sad and a bit panicky now I thought I was getting better but I'm not and its gone dark agai

You aren't going to get better in just a few hours, this will take time. Sit yourself down and take some deep breaths. When you get panicky count to 4 take a deep breath hold up to 7 then exhale to 11. This may help to stop you panicking. Take any medication then go to bed Don't worry if you can't get to sleep right away, you will still be resting by just laying on your bed, hopefully you will eventually drop off to sleep. Try and focus on something that made you happy.

I expect there will be a few dark days before you see the better days, but I'm sure it will come. But treatment can take a while to work and it may be that you have to have it for a while. But gradually you will have more better days than not, then you will know you are on the mend, I think you just have to get through each day as best that you can fir now. Do you have another apt made with your doc ? Are you going to see someone who actually works in mental health ?

I don't know I don't know what to do I feel so bad and dark and scared. I just want to say goodbye to everything

Can you pick up the phone and phone your local hospital and tell them how you are feeling ? Or you can try ringing the Samaritans. Failing anything else bang on your neighbours door and ask them to ring hospital for you.
