I've always had PMT and treated it with vit B6 which has worked OK (when I've remembered to take it!) but now am starting the Change and feel as though I'm in a long black tunnel. Came out of it briefly until comment yest from DH about my cooking sent me into a crying, divorce-threatening black hole agian. He says my intolerance & misery is rubbing off on DCh. Do you have any tips for non-Doc-bothering herbs or something that will make me feel normal again? It's hard to recognise when I'm actually in the black hole, that it might not be 'reality', but something a little tablet could cure... In the midst of the cooking row the b asked me if I'd taken my B6. I have to admit he's right, but need something more. Any suggestions?
