You've got a lot going on, you are not mad, just stressed out and depressed. Wait for the ADs to kick in (what have they given you?).
I have been there and back a few times, I'm guessing you have to?
If everything else is going awry just get up, get dressed and walk around the block. Try to keep a routine even if it is very simple.
I used to do:
Wash by 10am
Walk at 11am
Soup for lunch at 12
That was a mammoth task for me. Sounds easy but it wasn't.
Bed times I had to listen to podcasts in darkness from 10pm. I don't do silence as my mind races.
Two years later, a lot of meds, a good Psychatrist and a counsellor ( plus some IP time) and I'm doing well. But lord I know what it's like to be down there. So sorry about your breakup, you don't need that adding to your problems.
