Taking dp's statement tomorrow.
Then i am not sure how long it will be before they take steps towards my abuser- maybe they will tell me tomorrow.
FWIW so far the police have been great.
I recommend it - shit scared but i still recommend it

ABMU he does not know yet.
They were going to arrest him and then take statements but decided to ge statemants first and then tell him

No he has no idea- I threatened it a while back but have not contacted him since and he has no idea

It sounds like you're doing the right thing. Must be hard.
If there's going to be a court case about it it may be best not to write about it on line in case all these posts end up read in court though.
