Eating Disorder Services

I wondered if anyone has any knowledge of the NHS Eating disorder treatment within the UK? I am from the Midlands and I wondered what the services are like? I just wanted to know how long you had to wait for an assessment. Also, what happens if they see it as an emergency. As anyone been admitted to a general after seeing their GP? I am so scared any knowledge and advice would be appreciated.

Have you had an ED for a while? Are you going through a bad time? I assume since you are talking about a possible emergency admission that you feel the problem is getting worse?
