Hi everyone
I am going through a tough time in terms of my depression and anxiety and lots of thing changing in my life at the moment. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how to feel more positive, get inspired to think things will get better or just things that distract and cheer you up. This can be anything, I'd love to hear about books you've found helpful, blogs you follow or just things you do that help you through the tough times.
