I suffer badly with a phobia of being sick, dd was poorly with a bug last week and I thought I had got away with it but tonight I have come down with it. So far it's just one end but I feel really sick and my tummy hurts. I'm so scared.

Stomach is really painful, feel drained, hoping it's just a 24 hour thing.

Do you get any help with your phobia? Are there websites/forums with advice?
