Melancholic/diurnal depression

I'm really struggling with this sub-type of depression. I wake early every morning with a new thing I feel guilty about - memories that haven't surfaced for years. They usually feel like the worst thing in the world and I feel like I must be some kind of psychopath not to have remembered them. Sometime dh can help me get them into perspective - and the depression usually goes at about 7 in the evening. But then something else pops up the next morning and I'm back to square one. Has anyone else had this? Was there anything that helped? I've been on sertraline for 10 years and it has been brilliant, but now it's stopped working. Dose was doubled five and a half weeks ago.
