review appointment by phone?

Hello, I'm going to be due to have my review appointment next week (3 weeks after starting meds) and the thought of having to go out (agoraphobia) is sending me mad.
Has anyone managed to just have a telephone review appointment?

Yes, thought it wasn't the best of ideas because I just said everything was fine and the GP put the tablets on a 6 month repeat prescription. If I'd gone in to see him then he'd have realised that I was not being entirely honest.
Sorry to say but I do think it'd be better if you could see a GP, perhaps ask for a home visit?
