ocd at worst - is there somewhere i can go for a break?

I literally have had the worst few days, i can barely eat & sleep.

i feel like i need to get away from my house asap as my house is causing this but there is nowhere to go. does anywhere offer like rooms or places to stay?

i cant recover whilst im in this house, im so physically ill from my ocd

Has something happened to make you feel this bad? I know you think your house is causing the problems, but can you say a bit more about how that could be. I don't know your situation - whether you have kids or not. Do you have any relatives/friends where you can stay, otherwise can you afford a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn.

thanks nina - i have contamination ocd & my house is what i feel is contaminated, it makes doing things very hard. like even basic things.

i have no kids & am living with my family . i cant afford hotels otherwise i would just for a week to get a bit of peace. id like to be somewhere private like a hotel as i dont want to explain all to other friends although i know they'd be supportive. just v lost atm
