Looking for a counsellor in Brighton

I was hoping somebody might be able to recommend me a good counsellor in Brighton. I have social anxiety and very low self esteem.

The Rock Clinic is good; they have branches in Kemp town and Norfolk Square. Some excellent counsellors work at both.
