SSRIs and invisible libido...

I have been on escitalopram for PND since February of this year (started when baby was 8 months). It has worked really well for my anxiety, insomina and depression and generally I feel very good about life, motherhood and work.

However, despite being extremely happy with my wonderful DP, and we are recently engaged, I have to accept that my libido has never been lower. I literally never feel like sex. This has become progressively worse since starting the ADs. We have sex, but I am doing it for him and our relationship. Before this I loved sex with him, even when suffering from PND.

This is seriously not good for our relationship, and I cannot accept spending the rest of my days feeling dead in the horny department. I am 38 with no signs of menopause, so don't believe it is hormonal.

Does anyone have any ideas for this? Is there any medication that helps libido in combination with ADs? Anyone tried testosterone gel? I cannot stop taking the drugs but I would explore changing the medication with my psychiatrist if there was a potential answer!

Any ideas welcome!
