I think you need to deal with the source of your anxiety, your abusive partner. Can you contact women's aid? If he is threatening you and your family you need to leave and contact the police. I'm sorry you are going through this Flowers
You then also need to look after yourself and see your GP

Worrying about your health and googling a lot are common symptoms of anxiety, you are not alone with that

Are you ok Clarkey?
If you post in relationships you will get some really good advice. There are some great posters on there who are also very knowledgable

Not sure how this post can be put in the relationship one? Yes i have seen my GP and they have now put me on citalopram although i am worried about the side affects of the medication because i suffer with panic attacks, i have to see my GP again in 4 weeks to discuss how my medication is working and i have spoken to Womans aid before but don't feel they can help because of his threats to hurt me and my family should i leave.

If you press report on your post then you can ask MNHQ to move it for you. There's usually a lot of traffic in relationships. If he is threatening you then can you go to the police?
