I won't actually do anything - I'm home alone with DSs
But I can't stop thinking about it or planning it
Help me, say things, tell me I cant
It hurts too fucking much, it gets better right, this stops?

At five have glass of wine if you can, it'll give you a wee buzz to get through bedtime.

We are here for you.

all i can say is it does get better than this. I was at my lowest ebb some years ago abd honestly would have slapped anyone that said oh youll be fine in the end - but it was true

its bloody hard work though- have u been diagnosed with anxierty or depression? are you on any medication? if not perhaps you should be

i found citalopram a life saver. just focus on small goals, getting through the evening then the night, then the morning etc. live hour by hour if its easier.

do you have support from your partner or any family?
