Duloxetine and pregnancy

I tapered off Duloxetine (SNRI) earlier this year - been completely off since June. Overall its been a-ok, but recently I've had a couple of wobbles. By wobbles I mean awful days. Crying non-stop, irrational thinking, moody, irritable, angry...etc.

I'm currently TTC, and now weighing up the pros and benefits of going back on Duloxetine. On one hand I know how important it is to be safe and sane in myself if I (hopefully) do become pregnant. On the other hand, there's not been any research which provides robust evidence of harm (partly, because such research is perceived to be unethical).

I would love to hear from others who may have been through this themselves. How did you weigh up what was best for you and baby?

Don't touch it. Been on it for 6 months for pain. It worked ok at the start and helps with anxiety but I suffered with excessive sweating. It's got to dangerous levels as I exercise a lot and am not feeling too hot but I am losing fluids fast - two hours exercise outside in the cold with technical clothing. Felt at correct temp . Everything soaked. Can't sleep without soaking the bedding. Leave this alone with a baby.
