Quick Q re: Alcohol and SJW

Hiya

I've recently started taking St John's Wort and have been feeling so much better.

I have a friend coming to stay this weekend and wondered if it's ok to drink whilst I'm on them?

It doesn't say anything on the pack but I'm still a bit concerned.

I don't know, but I was advised it might make me metabolise my other meds a bit faster, so the same might be true for alcohol. I am on a few meds and I do drink, but no more than a couple of glasses of wine over an evening. I would start slowly and see how you feel.
