I'm getting some early warning signs of a manic episode (I've had bipolar for a long time so I by which I mean DH have become good at spotting the early warning signs). I can't sleep, I'm agitated, angry, focus is shit, I'm cleaning compulsively, I'm buying shit.
At least I've still got some insight so I can't be too far gone or I'd be screaming at DH that him and the services were trying to spoil my fun and poison me with drugs 
I'm waiting for my MH team to phone back. I just want a bit of a hand hold really or any tips you use to keep the mania at bay.
