Feeling really low today

Am not well, but still feeling really low and have been having very bizarre thoughts along the lines of "oh, she's still here then" about dd3 (9mths). Also a bit paranoid and just lonely, I really wanted to just see someone and have a chat. I feel a bit trapped. Going to ring hv.

yes, she is going to refer me for more counselling. Feeling better after shining my sink. Have not been able to get out and dig for a couple of weeks now because of weather/ illness etc and it really tells. Having to take out frustrations on housework which doesn't really have the same zing to it.

Don't know you but noticed your shiny sink comment.Are you a Flyer?Just thought i'd invite you over to our Flylady thread.Lots of the girls on there have suffered with depression and illness.
It's a great bunch of people where we all support each other as well as encouraging each other on the housework front.
Sorry to hear you're feeling so low is it through PND?Hope you don't mind me responding to your post and hope your HV is of some help too.

hi S. nice to hear from you. yes its pnd and it was the flt thread on mn that got me onto flylady. Still struggling with pnd but with shiny kitchen and bathroom. Have followed fly thread but was hesitant to write. wrote once but I dont know if anyone responded

Hi Drather life is really tough when you have PND, if that's what you have.

It's only since i've been posting on MN that i feel i can openly talk about it.

I'm up for a while longer if you want to chat.

I really do understand how lonely life can be, when you're like this.
