More and more lately, I'm finding myself forgetting things. Not major life events, but for example I just had to ask my husband what the fish was called that we had for tea. It was mackerel, a fish we eat fairly often. In the office last week, I literally couldn't remember my colleagues name. It's Sophie, I've known her for 2 years. I instantly forget why I've walked into a room on a regular basis and I get mind blanks about 5 times a day. If someone asks me a simple question like what I did yesterday - I generally just start panicking that I can't remember.
So, is this normal for a 33 year old, full time working mum? Do I just have a lot to think about? Should I be getting some help? It almost feels like my brain can't take in any more information.
