moving - how to access MH teams in new area?

I have moved to a new area; does anyone know how I access the CMHT and Crisis team in my new area? Do I have to register with a new doctor and wait for everything to be transferred and a new referral or can I just Google their number and phone them if I need to? Thanks

Assuming you're not in crisis, I think you need to register with a GP and ask fro a referral
