Please help, panic attack

God god god I am so stupid. I can't breathe properly, I've been sick and now shaking like a leaf. All because someone knocked at the door. I couldn't answer it, I just froze. It brought back all sorts of flashbacks.
Dp is out, I'm on my own with dd2, thankfully she's napping.
I am such an idiot

Are you feeling ok now? My teenage dd suffers with anxiety and I appreciate how hard it can be I'm here for the next 30 minutes or so if you need to talk.

Meant to say, try and have some water and if possible a cup of sweet tea. Hope your little one is still napping, try and rest yourself.

You're not an idiot. Someone once told me you can't have a panic attack when you're singing. Sounds daft, but worthy try?
