Last week I had a major panic attack in the car and have avoided driving since. I have been lucky enough to get a lift into work for the past week and come home by train. Yesterday I had to get off the train miles from home and get picked up by a friend. Today I felt ill when I walked to the shop.
I came off my anxiety medication about 8 months ago and have been fine up until now. Tomorrow, friends want to meet up and have offered to pick me up but I can feel my anxiety levels rising already.
I am going to visit the Dr on Tuesday but what can I do to help myself in the meantime?
