and so far so good, no nasty side effects and i am feeling quite calm and no sweats or palpitations. tomorrow will be the test as i have to go to college in the afternoon and thats when my symptoms occur in social situations. i feel as if everyone is going to stare at me or the tutor is going to ask me to stand up and do a presentation (in which case i would have a heart attack on the spot) or even just ask me a question or ask me to say something , all this turns me into a bath of sweat.
i am going to take half a tab for a few days to get my body used to the stuff then if the anxiety/panic is still bad then take a whole 10mg.

hi. i decided to take the other half as i wasn't getting much effect from just half. they seem ok, i feel relaxed but feel a bit emotional is this normal when starting AD's?
i have been crying over that story about the 13 month baby that was murdered by mis mothers boyfriend (posted on the 'in the news' forum). I am not usually a person to show my emotions as i get embarrassed, so when my DD (4) asked me why I was crying i just said it's because i had been chopping onions.
I am going to take the whole 10mg tablet tomorrow and from now on. the good thing is, i don't seem to be having any bad side effects from them like with the Citralopram. It does say it might disrupt sleeping, so i will soon find out as i plan an early night.

hi alexa...glad you have decided to take the ADs,-- FWIW...i think anyone would have cried over the tragic story of that little boy... i know i did........i think feeling things - happy or sad is perfectly natural and you don;t need to worry whether they are attributable to the ADs or not....feeling lots of different things is normal.....i used to feel numb or total despair when depressed..so it is a good thing to feel lots of different emotions IMO.

try to stay positive.......!
