i feel like dying but I can't

I can't do anything because of the family but it seems like dying is the only answer.

They don't have the answers but they listen and you can be really honest in total confidence.

It's not. I've just come through major depression. I had completely lost my whole personality, motivation and struggled with every single thing. I broke down in with GP. Started medication. Started running to ease the mental torture, and 6 months down the line I'm back to normal and back to work Monday past. You will get better, but it won't happen on its own. You need to take control of it. Please don't think that's the only answer Thanks

i can't phone them. i can't face talking to anybody. if i talk I will cry.

sorry to hear you are down. If you don't think you can speak about your issues you can just say you're feeling low, you don't have to go into why.

you could also email the Samaritans instead?

I can identify with what you are going through as I often feel the same.
