What time of the day you take it? I was prescribed it but forgot to ask what time of the day I should take it.

I always took it in the morning.

Yes, morning, it's mildly stimulating I believe.

I've been taking Sertraline for a few months now (For help with PMT) and my GP said that some people feel quite nauseus for a few hours after taking it so to take it at night if that's the case.

I did find that I felt headachy and a bit sick so now take them at night and they definitely don't stop me from getting to sleep - if anything the opposite is true but I do take them with a Kalms tablet (Advised by GP) so maybe that's why.

I decided to take it in the evening, because it made me tired during the day.
