You sound depressed and with a partner who is so unsupportive, it's hardly surprising. Have you spoken to your gp?

Make an appointment to see your gp ASAP, you don't have to suffer, there is help and support. Tell your partner to be patient and ask him to go to the doctor with you. I wish you the best.

You're clearly not sleeping cantcope as you posted at 2.00 a.m. this morning. Can you tell us more - you definitely sound very depressed. Or maybe you have another MH issue - are you on meds?

I know the torment of depression as suffer with it on and off (many fluctuations) and it can be severe and I feel I've had enough on those days. But I'm 71 and my kids are grown with their own families. I see lots of young mums on here struggling with mental illness and young kids as well, and god knows how you do it - suppose because you have no choice.

Have you got any RL support family/friends. I know when I'm really depressed I feel no one cares about me but then I know that's not really true but depression plays tricks on us and makes us think things that aren't true.

Everybody hates me as well so we can be hated together. I haven't had any friends since I left school.

never felt so bad since I got with my stupid partner
I don't matter to him he only cares for himself, I havnt slept in 2 days coz of working nights but he doesn't care kids are kicking off asking for him, he fucks off to sleep at 7 coz he has to get up at 5, he left me with the washing up, kids, everything
if I ask him to do anything he says ok but then doesn't but when I lose it with him he tells me he would do it if I didn't moan
im so tired I just want to sleep but the baby is awake, im back on nights sunday and I really need to sleeeeep

i hate him hes snoring makes me want to kick him in the face

im sorry i keep typing on here i think im completely delirious
