My dd was sick twice at school and sent home - she was fine this morning.

She's been sick about 6 more times but not much coming up now.

I'm freaking, my Dh works away so I'm on my own with dd and her brother and sister

Can anyone advise me my best chance of it not spreading - im really freaking out HmmHmm

I know how you must be feeling, but try to keep calm. Be vigilant with hand-washing and clean up with bleach-based products (anti-bac completely useless against viruses) - especially frequently touched places - toilet flush, door handles. Make sure your daughter has a shower once she is feeling better and possibly change her bedsheets. Then you will have done all that you can to stop the spread so try to take your mind off it with some good TV and a glass of vino. We've managed to avoid the spread in our house in the majority of cases by following this. If the worst comes to the worst and it does spread, it is usually short lived and not as bad as you fear.

Thankyou for your message and understanding

Ive bleached the handles, surfaces etc

She hasn't been sick since 4 and has kept down some toast

She's asked to sleep in my bed which of course ive said yes but I'm a bit worried sleeping next to her eek it's awful isn't it
