Keep shaking!! Help quick please

All of a sudden my right finger keeps shaking and my whole right hand ! I suffer anxiety but this has just appeared out of no where ! Does anyone have any idea what tgis could be ?!

Have you changed meds recently? I had uncontrollable spasms of shaking as a side effect of Prozac.

No haven't changed any meds at all! My anxiety has been very high today tho

It is a symptom of anxiety, I get spasms in my left hand and arm. Bloody terrifying but mostly absolutely harmless

It's so random! Was on my phone put it down and my little finger was shaking them my whole hand jut keeps shaking! It's scary making me panic !

Is it your typing finger? My right thumb does it sometimes, and I've always put it down to touchscreen overuse.

No it's my little finger but I have an iPhone so is in a odd position

It's quite possibly just RSI/cramp then. I don't think you're about to drop dead just yet .

Go and see your GP if you're worried tho.
