Loosing control

I have a 10 month old beautiful healthy boy however me I'm only 18 and always feel there's someth wrong with me!! Constantly think I'm going to stop breathing, been in an out hospital had ct scan chest X-ray and they foud nothing I feel like I'm going insane like I don't know what I'm doing anymore

Do you think it could be panic attacks? I have asthma and used to get asthma attacks in stressful situations when I was around your age. Not sure if these could have actually been classed as panic attacks!
