belgianbun - how many sessions did u need?? and how often??

If its £40 say every 3-4 weeks then its not so bad, but £40 every week is way out of my financial league.

I had it a few years ago and it was £40 a session - I went every 3-4 weeks and it was well worth it.

Um, I can't really remember now - I think I went for about 6 months. The whole point of CBT is that you come to a solution fairly quickly and don't spend years contemplating your navel

used to pay £25 per session..oop north, about 3 1/2 yrs ago..worked quickly for me..went weekly for a couple of months, then a couple of top up sessions...

LOL - belgianbun. GOd I wasn't directing that comment at you. I just thought CBT was fantastic because it's so much about taking action rather than sitting around talking but not really getting anywhere. Obviously everyone's problems are different and require different treatment.
