Well im day 5 on anti depressants and today im feeling sick and dont sure how to explain it but this way is going to sound silly, but my head feels like its shaking inside, also very slightly 'spaced' out a bit.

I didnt get a leaflet in with the medication (which is a bit naughty), so thought id ask here.

when i took ADs, various different ones ...had nausea, shakines, dry mouth & felt 'wobbly'...sounds like par for the course..but very bad to not give you a leaflet with the meds...

takes a couple of weeks for side effects to settle...maybe a bit less...

I have been on sertraline for 18 months, now on 150mg, have vv spaced out periods (esp if dose is changed)and vvvv bad migraines. I know its tough but DONT STOP TAKING THEM! I did and mood dropped to worse than before. side effects are nasty but pnd is nastier. Good luck.

I definitely think you should go back to the chemist and get a leaflet. That sounds like it could be illegal to dispense medication without a leaflet telling you how to take the tablets and the side effects.

This states the chemist is responsible for giving you an info leaflet.

Most ADs have side effects. Hopefully things should settle diwn after a month or so when your body has got used to taking them.
