I hope you have a peaceful night, Up. Have you eaten your goodies?
DD has just puked everywhere, it's a good job I haven't added emetophobia to my list of diagnoses..

Ennn · 13/02/2015 20:59

Have a spot of anxiety but am mostly okay thanks Up - not so low as I was

UpOnDown · 13/02/2015 21:01

Thanks millie - I ate them as soon as I got back as I hadn't had anything since breakfast. I hope DD feels better soon.

That's good to hear Ennn, I hope things keep on improving.

DD is back to bouncing around. So, I dunno! Will keep an eye on her
We co-sleep (read: I can't be arsed to battle her into her cot and she seems to like it) anyhow, so I can keep an eye on her (as she pukes on my head)

DavidTennantsBeard · 13/02/2015 21:27

Good to hear you've eaten Up. Im didn't mean to suggest things were bad for you today, but just meant that you made the right decision to,avoid the 136. Hope everyone else is ok

UpOnDown · 13/02/2015 21:36

I didn't think that David, just that as bad as things were, they could have been worse. Smile

I hope your night is puke-free millie

I hope so too Up, thank you - I hope things take an upturn for you very soon Flowers

brightandbreezyNot · 13/02/2015 21:54

Flowers to everyone. Have good weekend x

DavidTennantsBeard · 13/02/2015 21:54

Argh just saw my typo Up but glad you realised what I actually meant.
Fuelled by too much wine, I've made the Frozen jellies and a load of biscuits. I know I'm going to crash afterwards but got to hold it together for DD party tomorrow.

Ennn · 13/02/2015 21:56

Can we see the Frozen jellies?

Ennn · 13/02/2015 22:04

Thanks bright, you too Smile

Have just been round Sainsbury's with DP. Slight hiccup where he'd not checked the small print on the voucher he had causing a delay at the checkout while we tried to decide if we could find £24 worth of extra stuff to buy Hmm (we didn't, in the end). Anxiety levels pretty much steady, whether at home or in public, alone or interacting with people, dealing with difficult situations or slobbing out on the sofa. I'm not sure if CBT is terribly useful here. Have been trying mindfulness and JBII [just bloody ignoring it] instead Grin

Having swells and waves of feeling sad, but as usual am better this evening compared to this morning.

Do you know why DD is sick, Millie?

DavidTennantsBeard · 13/02/2015 22:08

I'll try and post a pic tomorrow of the Frozen party tea when fully assembled.in my head it will be awesome, in reality it will probably look like an insane toddler assembled it, which is not that far from the truth :)

Ennn · 13/02/2015 22:09

It WILL be awesome. It WILL Grin

DavidTennantsBeard · 13/02/2015 22:26

Kudos Ennn for surviving Sainsburys. I reckon supermarkets are pretty massive sources of stress as there is too much stimulation, and too many choices to make.

Ennn · 13/02/2015 22:30

Yes, it's odd that it doesn't seem to have any effect on my anxiety levels at the moment as in the past I have sometimes found supermarkets hard to deal with for all the reasons you mention.

Is everything ready for the big day? Smile

DavidTennantsBeard · 13/02/2015 22:41

I went round Tesco today in a Zen state of calm, it may have taken three times longer then for a mentally normal person :)
I am delegating a lot to DS 1 and 2 tomorrow. Also have bought a shedload of alcohol for the parents, have only invited close friends. So doesn't really matter if kids run wild :)

Sounds like bliss apart from the hyped-up chiddlers, can I come?

DavidTennantsBeard · 13/02/2015 22:57

You are welcome Ennn, and everyone else who likes hyped up toddlers :)

Ennn · 13/02/2015 22:58

I hope everyone has a lovely time, especially you, David Smile

Ennn · 14/02/2015 03:29

Seem to have accidentally stayed awake finishing GTA Hmm

Ennn · 14/02/2015 04:33

Not feeling very mentally normal at all.

Millie2013 · 14/02/2015 07:51

How are you now, Enn?
DD wasn't sick again, but she's got a manky cold, so I only managed a few hours sleep. Therapy at 9....

brightandbreezyNot · 14/02/2015 07:55

Hope you have a good session millie

Millie2013 · 14/02/2015 08:18

Thank you, I'm not really in the mood, but it definitely helps
I hope you have a peaceful day :)
