Have just been round Sainsbury's with DP. Slight hiccup where he'd not checked the small print on the voucher he had causing a delay at the checkout while we tried to decide if we could find £24 worth of extra stuff to buy
(we didn't, in the end). Anxiety levels pretty much steady, whether at home or in public, alone or interacting with people, dealing with difficult situations or slobbing out on the sofa. I'm not sure if CBT is terribly useful here. Have been trying mindfulness and JBII [just bloody ignoring it] instead 
Having swells and waves of feeling sad, but as usual am better this evening compared to this morning.
