I took an overdose last night

Currently in hospital awaiting a phycologist.

I'm scared as been referred to SS. I don't know what's going to happen.

I'm such an idiot.

Ok I have no words of wisdom, but am here if you want to talk.

P.S. You're not an idiot, you were obviously desperate but you've done the right thing & come to hospitals. SS will try to help you, they won't want to take your kids (if you have them)

It's hard but just give it time; try not to feel guilty and let them help you. How do you feel now - glad you failed or not? Make sure you tell them so they can look after you.

I'm glad I failed.

Spoken to the phycologist and she has booked me into counselling.

Hopefully if my bloods are ok I am allowed home.

Back home this morning after my blood pressure stablished.

Not doing nothing today as I feel to weak.

I just don't know why I did it. I had another panic attack and though just fuck it all and took a whole packet of my Meds and also a few zapain when my husband saw me and dragged me to the hospital.

I was threatened in the hospital if I left they would contact the police.

I do. I have to go to my gp on Monday. It's been flagged in if I don't turn then the hospital will know.

DH is not leaving me alone, I feel like I just need time to think.

I know the HCP are keeping an eye.

I just want to jump in my car and drive and clear my head. However I'm not allowed to drive due to all the Meds in my system.
