Can someone help please

Have posted before and thing seemed to calm down. Ds 17 previously suicide attempted continually talking about it, self harming. Been to a and e several times when I can't put him back together. Absolutely desperate dont know what to do to help refusing to talk to doctor or CAMHS Breaking my heart here

Have you tried posting in the children's mental health bit? I'm not sure how much traffic it gets, but there are parents in their supporting their children with mental health difficulties
