I have been having lots of issues since splitting with my husband in September last year. I started getting anxiety so went on Amitriptyline but this made made me manic and I went from being anxious to being depressed. I am not on Sertraline and am feeling a bit calmer.
I had my first counselling session yesterday - it was quite alternative. Did an hour of normal counselling and then an hour of so working on techniques to deal with issues.....once I stopped feeling a total twit it was very interesting.
He used a technique called the Havening techniques. Does anyone have any experience of this?
