You may feel worse before you feel better, but anti depressants have honestly changed my life.

Remember the leaflet gives you every conceivable side effect and most of them are extremely rare. Try not to worry.

I'm doing exactly the same. Decided to take it before bed so I can sleep through the side effects. If the side effects are insomnia - well I have that already.

I started citalopram at 10mg and increased to 40mg. They realy helped me, and not gunna lie for the first week I felt awful, headaches, sickness, but found that most side effects lessens after 5 days and after I took it at night time instead of morning:) good luck, you will be fine:)

I am currently on 40mg cit, as everyone says it gets worse before it gets better, I have been on them for over 8 years now and intend to stay on them, I took mine in the morning, also was given diazepam for a week just so that I could function till the meds kicked in
