mine been on prozac for a few weeks - was a brief improvement and then after xmas (and all the family stress and alcohol) seems to have regressed. Main issue is he travels a lot with work and is away on a two week trip at moment in a different time zone and is making no efforts to communicate with me whatsoever. I am his 'secretary' helping him with admin so he has to talk to me about work stuff- have had 26 work emails. And not one single one of a personal nature despite fact that I have reached out to him several times by email and text and last night sent an email saying I was worried about him. Still nada. So have decided to leave him be but the question is (a) how do you cope when waiting for him to return both physically and emotionally and (b) can anyone explain to me why it is he doesn't seem to realise how much pain he's causing me?

I'm only an expect because I've been a depressed husband! It sounds like there's more going on here than MH issues perhaps. I'd suggest reposting this in Relationships, you'd get more traffic and advice.
