Since having my baby 7 weeks ago ive been suffering with anxiety. It's improved a little with each week but Id like to figure out some ways of overcoming it because I feel trapped by it.

Can anyone recommend a book? Ideally one that isn't too wordy that I can read on my phone whilst breast feeding.

The Worry Cure by Robert L Leahy.

The Chimp Paradox is the one that helped me most, and trust me, I've read them all.

The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle is good too.

A bit old fashioned but superb if you ask me is anything by Dr Claire Weekes. "Self help for your nerves" etc. nothing else I've read has come close and I think there is an audiobook.

I second that - Self help for your nerves is very good.
