How do I find out if I'm on CPA?

And does it matter? Does it make any difference to anything?

I know they changed it recently and got rid of "standard" and "enhanced" but what happens to people who would previously have been on "standard"?

I get letters saying my next CPA review is... You can also ask them if you are under it.

I don't think I can be, then - no letters here. Thanks for your help

any clues on your care plan?

I haven't seen a care plan. I saw a draft of a crisis plan at one point but think that's a different thing?
