I had a phone call with psychological services or whatever they are called yesterday. Even just that 30 minute assessment, describing what I was going through, things I was worried about etc. helped me a lot. They suggested that I could call the Samaritans to talk about things, but I feel a bit daft doing that. I guess I'm asking what ways there are to be able to talk about things to someone. Chances are they'll decide I should have CBT or just self help or something, so it won't be full on counselling. Sorry, muddled.
