Anyone else struggling with these dark mornings? Feel really awful when wake, cold sweats, panicky really strung out, just can't think or cope with anything. After an hour or so feel better but starting to really really dread it to the point making me more anxious and thinking of staying up and then sleeping in day when can. Hate this time of year feel like I've walked into a black cloud

I think vitamin d3-the sunshine vitamin helps.
