Suggestions for supporting a friend with severe anxiety

Just chatted to one of my best friends. She's suffering from severe anxiety and is on meds. I'm over a hundred miles away from her so can't visit.

Any suggestions of anything I could send her etc to cheer her up or anything I should say/do/message etc?

is there a book or a film she might like? My friend lives 400 miles away and occasionally sends me random things she thinks will make me smile - a purse, floral bunting, pretty match box?, cup and saucer...The fact that she thought of me and cared enough to post to me always cheers my day.
Hope your friend feels better soon x

Thanks. I need to be careful as one of the things she's anxious about is how much stuff she's got! Might just send something edible.

I think just to send her messages, asking how she is and be there to talk to will be a huge gift in itself. To be able to talk to someone and know that you care I imagine will be a wonderful support to her
