I have had a very stressful few months, but thought I was plodding along okay. Just recently however, it has all started to get too much & my head feels like it is going to explode! I have also started to experience random panic attacks.
I have been trying to avoid turning to ADs & thought I could deal with things myself, but the stress has been getting to me more & more over the last couple of weeks & I don't think I am coping very well (although I seem to be from the outside)
I see my HV & she is seeing how I go atm, but I am starting to get in a state.
Would ADs help with the panic attacks & messy head?
Not sure that I am depressed, but I am over stressed right now!
