Can anyone please recommend a really good email counselling service, for depression and anxiety in particular?

Sanemail is closing at the end of September, but I'd be prepared to pay. Just need really good qualified professionals ... Thank you.

I'm curious - why email?

Partly because it's logistically really difficult to get out of the house with 3 small kids - I would find it so much easier to write emails late at night when they're asleep - but also because I feel I can express myself better with a bit of preparation. If I was face r to face with someone I know I would leave the session thinking "Damn! Forgot to mention this or that" ...

I don't know of any for adults but mindfull (part of the beat bullying group) is a charity that provides email and online counselling type support for teenagers, give them a google and maybe contact them and they may know of an equivalent service for adults x

7 Cups of Tea Is an online chat. It's not really therapy per say, but it's a nice service and they might be able to refer you to someone that does email therapy.
