I've not been diagnosed with it yet but I've not been struggling to leave the house for the past 5 months or so. I can sometimes manage to walk about 5 minutes past my house down a quiet road and can walk about at night when Im alone and its quiet but thats it.
I've had other mental health problems in the past, anxiety, bpd and ocd.
Im about to start CBT this friday. Anyone else in the same boat? What helps you? Do you have anything that makes it worse? Are there conditions where you can go out?
