I've got a form to fill in before my telephone assessment which I'll read through and complete the day before to make it as accurate as possible.
Other than that, what should I expect?
How long do most calls take?
How long do referrals usually take & do they tell you the plan on the phone, or will I have to wait for a letter in the post?
