I don't feel depressed in the sense that I don't feel troubled every day, just now and again I get down by certain issues I think that I have.
I think I need to talk to someone and I have no best friends, my DP is too close and that's it really.
I cope and manage well with baby I think but I just have things I want to make sense of to be a better mum, partner etc.
Also, If nhs would refer then what do I do if I have no one to look after baby? Do they do late or weekend appts? Or is that area dependent?
Any other ideas?
