Mertazapine

Has anyone any experience/advice about coming off Mertazapine. I am on 40mg and want to reduce because of weight gain.

Hi when I was on mirtazipine 30mg I went down to 15mg for two weeks and then just stopped it and I was fine. I hope it is as easy for you xx

Thanks fluffy - I've seen your posts on the Village thread (as have been keeping up but not posting as I needed a break) and glad to see you are "holding your own" so to speak at present. Long may it continue - you have had more than your fair share of shite, and that's for sure! I am waiting for someone to start a new Autumn thread and I will post again. Have been exchanging PMs with one or two regulars on the thread.
